AMI Installation - Provence, Belvedere, Falconhead & Lake Pointe

The installation of our new AMI meters are taking place in Belvedere and Provence currently and will move on to Falconhead and Lake Pointe next week. Customers will see DB Utility contractors in the neighborhood, not PUA. The installers will have a badge and uniform to verify their identity.
Instructions
They will knock before installation. If nobody answers but they detect water being used in the home, they will leave and return later that day or week. Otherwise, they will begin installation. The installation of the new meter will only take 10-15 minutes. You do not need to be home during installation.
