WTCPUA is pleased to announce our transition to My Government Online for online application processes for NEW CONSTRUCTION applications for service. Please click this link www.MyGovernmentOnline.org to go directly to the My Government Online website.

You will need to Create an Account and then you can log in and under Permits and Licensing, Apply for a Permit (application) online.

Boil Water Advisory Rim Rock Trail

March 12, 2025

Please be advised there is a boil water advisory for the following addresses on Rim Rock Trail: 11402, 11405, 11420, 11449, 11501, 11513, 11524, 11525, 11617, 11633, 11650, 11705, 11711 & 11733. Due to the recent pipe work on Rim Rock Trail, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the West Travis County Public Utility Agency public water system to notify customers in the affected areas to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions).
