New Look, Same Great Service
January 08, 2025
The West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) is proud to unveil its newly refreshed logo, marking the beginning of a visual identity update that is designed to enhance clarity and recognition. This new logo reflects the Agency’s ongoing commitment to accessibility and modernization, with a streamlined design that emphasizes the name most commonly used by the community—PUA.
The updated logo is part of a broader effort to ensure that WTCPUA’s branding and digital presence are clear, easy to understand, and reflective of the Agency’s commitment to providing high-quality water and wastewater services.
“We’re excited to share our new logo with the community,” said Jennifer Riechers, General Manager of WTCPUA. “The new design not only represents our efforts to modernize but also makes it easier for our customers to connect with us. This is just the beginning—our updated website, which will be launching this quarter, will offer even more streamlined access to important services and information.”
Should you see our crews wearing new insignia on their shirts or hats, please be assured that your water service has not changed.
